Withdrawal Policy/Postponement by the Participant In justified cases, we grant you the right to withdraw. Withdrawal must be declared in writing and signed by mail. The date of withdrawal is determined by the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice by us. For withdrawals up to 7 weeks before the start of the course, 40% of the participation fee is payable. Up to 4 weeks before the start of the course, 60% of the participation fee is payable; thereafter, the full participation fee is payable. You will then receive a corresponding refund if the participation fee has already been paid in full. In exceptional cases, 14. Right of Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy (for consumers) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund any payments we have received from you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. If you have requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services provided up to that point compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract. Your right of cancellation expires prematurely with your consent if the contract is fully fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you have exercised your right of cancellation.
